Your Role: 

  • Set up and maintain field project site office/location and prepare appropriate and secure file retention system and digitalization when applicable for Payroll, Human Resources, Health and Safety training, and other documentation as needed.
  • Collect, process, and audit all new hire documentation for on-boarding field staff daily.
  • Coordinating the transfer of sensitive documentation to appropriate HR and Payroll staff. 0
  • Work as a point of contact between field employees and Tetra Tech HR, Health and Safety, and Payroll departments with questions or issues that arise.
  • Maintain project supply inventories, placing replenishment requests as needed with the logistics team in the Maitland office.
  • Work with on-site Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion and submittal of timesheets, reports, and other documentation.
  • Employee time tracking and daily audits.
  • Generation of daily and weekly reports.  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Highly organized with high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to receive and execute instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all verbal and written levels
  • Ability to work outside in a non-typical office environment
  • Computer literate with proficiency in excel, word, outlook, internet, printer/copier/scanners
  • Assertive/take charge personality
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to train additional staff in responsibilities  

 

This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end. It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
