**Job Title: Dining Service Coordinator**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dining Service Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dining services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service in our dining facilities. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to promoting a positive dining experience for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate daily dining operations, including meal service, food preparation, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet dietary needs and preferences while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety protocols.
- Monitor dining service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Train and mentor dining staff on service techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Develop and implement dining service initiatives that enhance the guest experience and promote a positive atmosphere.
- Assist in planning special events, theme nights, and other dining-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service hours, staff schedules, and financial transactions.
- Generate reports on dining service performance and recommend improvements to management.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management, nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in food service management, dining coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dining management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
