Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support Must be AHA (Required)
• NIHSS (Required)
• ACLS (Highly Preferred)

Job Details
• Dual-Location Float RN for Temple University Hospital-Main and Chestnut Hill Hospital
• RNs will be notified with a minimum of 12 hours advanced notice of shift location
• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician
• The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice
• Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures

Job Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• RN-LIC - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Must have 1 year experience in their specialty
• Trauma experience and/or Trauma Cert is preferable
• Two (2) Years experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred)

Schedule Information
• Hours: 7p - 7:30p
• The schedule requirement is every other weekend, every other Monday, and every other Friday
• There will be very limited Wednesday scheduling approved
• Any weekend RTO that is submitted and approved will need to be made up
• The makeup shifts will be scheduled based on facility need

Additional Details
• All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19
