- Perks: they will need to have PP and L&D experience as they may float between the two. Labor and Delivery Unit night (7p-730a) 36-hour with 12-hour shifts. Staffing a minimum of 4 weekend shifts (Sat/ Sun) and 2 Friday shifts in each 6-week schedule block
