24-15662 Chronic Registered Nurse 12 months or more of Recent Dialysis experience required 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN. Chronic hemodialysis experience required Licensure appropriate to the state the RN is working in and the appropriate certifications to the position and facility. Current CPR certification
