Position Title: RN CSICU (Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit)
Shifts Available:
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience) * NO SIGN ON FOR DAY SHIFT
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team.
- We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments.
- In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.
- You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner
What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.
