Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Flagstaff, Arizona.

*Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required
*BLS, ACLS – Required

Blocked Scheduling:Not guaranteed but unit will do their best to accommodate.
Locals accepted:Yes
RTO Restrictions:Unit manager's approval Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
Special Requirements:
*Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.
*Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).
*Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
