To provide patient care through utilization of the nursing process. The nursing process is demonstrated by the staff registered nurse's ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team in planning, directing, providing and evaluating patient care. The staff registered nurse may serve as direct care nurse, as a team leader responsible for nursing care or providing appropriate communication with other health team members and as relief in a higher classification when necessary.Works with acutely ill patients, including emergency situationsWorks with swing bed patients, both skilled nursing and extended careWorks independently as well as functioning as a team memberCapable of adapting to changing environmentNursing Process – Assess patient needs, Identify patient problemsPlans and implements appropriate nursing interventionsEvaluates patient care outcomes and documents all of the above Submission Requirements 1+ year of ER experience - RequiredMUST be able to take MS/LTC patients - Required BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - RequiredCovid Vaccine Card - Required, Exemptions allowedProfile Requirements: Work historySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License Requirements Wyoming Compact Allowed Additional License Requirements Active at Submittal!
