Description
The Swedish Women's Wellness Program and Specialty GYN clinic is seeking an experienced, full-time 080 FTE Gynecologist to join its established team in Seattle, Washington. This clinic offers a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians including Gynecologists, Urogynecolgists, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic specialists including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. This role requires close collaboration with a network of clinicians including OBGYNs, Primary Care, cardiologists, neurologists and oncologists. The ideal candidate will serve as an expert GYN specialist, focusing largely on menopause care, sexual health, and vulvovaginal health. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be comfortable performing minor gynecologic in-office procedures such as the Mona Lisa laser and outpatient surgery.
- Must be a board-certified Gynecologist with 5+ years of experience
- Ideal candidate has extensive experience with menopause care
- Should have NAMS certification and be committed to practicing in line with NAMS recommendations; alternatively, those without certification must be willing to obtain it within 12 months of hire
- Must be good communicators with colleagues as well as with patients
- Must be committed to providing high quality, inclusive care to a diverse patient population
- Compensation is between $238,409 and $363,702 per year
- This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay (remove call pay) extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, this position receives PTA and CME benefits available.
