• You should have 2-3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with an industrial or construction equipment background.
• Intermediate experience with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engines on heavy construction equipment. 
• Industrial pump and HVAC equipment experience preferred, not required.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance, troubleshoot/diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Must have the necessary tools you need to perform repairs; averaging $5,000+ in value.
• Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications.
• Basic understanding of schematics, computer diagnostic software, and welding methods.
• Team player, works well independently and collaboration with team members to meet goals.
• Safety oriented, maintaining industry and Sunstate safety standards performing equipment repairs.
• Be willing and ready to learn; this position comes with growth opportunities!
