Branch Manager – Trench Shoring

Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (55-60 Hrs./Wk.)
Salary starting at 100K + base DOE plus monthly and annual bonus

- Previous Trench Shoring Operational Leadership experience required, 3-5 years minimum a must
- multi branch management experience required
- Sales leadership a plus but not required
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including inside sales, outside sales, transportation & logistics, maintenance, P/L, and employee related items (payroll, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superior communication and leadership skills
- Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
- Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs.
- Oversee the Outside Sales team and be involved in the sales program by directly selling to potential/current customers
- Prepare yearly business plans with the metro and regional Management Teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.
What you will enjoy doing!!
- Review daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor branch performance and take corrective action with any deficiencies which includes developing action plans
- Monitor fleet performance and prepare equipment requisitions for additional equipment.
- Prepare yearly business plan with Regional Management team forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization and overall branch growth
- Train and develop a dedicated work force while seeking to provide opportunities for career growth for each individual. Provide immediate coaching and guidance as it relates to their performance
- Maintain company standards with the facility, equipment and delivery fleet. This includes cleanliness, organization and appearance of personal workspaces
- Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance. This includes maintaining all records and documentation
- Adhere to and assure all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
- Conduct monthly branch and safety meetings.
