• The call requirement will vary depending on if they have vein harvesting skills or not

• Number of Beds – 23 OR suites (4 dedicated CV OR)
• Number of Staff – 125+
• Type of staff: Day Shift ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters), Night Shift
• Patient Ratios
• Type of equipment
• EMR
• Typical hiring profile
• Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does NOT count – experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases
• Preferred or nice to have: Vein harvesting, Pediatrics
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac - CABG, AVR, MVR, Pericardial window, Aortic dissections, congenital peds, etc, Vascular – Fem pop, AAA, AV Fistula, etc
• Best personality Fit: Confident in skills and knowledge
