Description
The Treasury Product Analyst is part of a team responsible for the management and buildout of Stifel Banks' treasury management platform and business banking offering including Stifel Bank Deposit Accounts, Business Credit Cards programs and the Firm's payments strategy. The primary role of this Analyst is the development, adoption, and ongoing evolution of Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities within the firm.
What We're Looking For
- Subject matter expert in Treasury Services and Business Banking with the ability to formulate, articulate and execute functionality to clients, sales, operations and vendors alike.
- A guardian of the client experience, this role partners with Bankers, Digital Solutions, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Client Services teams and leads those groups through the buildout of new products
- Ensure superior digital delivery, superior product setup and superior operational execution.
- Work at the intersection of business and technology, tasked with identifying and articulating business needs and turning them into business requirements and functionality to bridge our business teams and our technology teams/vendors in an effort to get new products and capabilities to market.
- Collaborate with vendor-partners in the identification of best-of-breed products and services to evolve the bank's Treasury Management solutions.
- Coordinate and lead cross functional teams for both the technical and operational implementation and support.
- Review, edit and at times create business processes and procedures related to the products and services as a way to build and retain institutional knowledge.
- Interview, investigate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to determine what is working and not working with existing product offerings. Takes ownership, prioritizes appropriately, and proposes business and technical solutions to solve issues.
- Identify and manage relationships with potential and existing 3rd party fin-tech providers. Work to integrate those 3rd parties into existing bank infrastructure

- Ability to recognize when meaningful action is required and assume the additional responsibility needed to tackle the challenge at hand.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail to minimize risk to the firm
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills to effectively handle multiple demands while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' related experience in banking with 1 year of project management experience required
Systems & Technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient with relational databases and SQL query writing #LI-JK1
