Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Manager will lead a team of IAM professionals, including architects and engineers. This role is responsible for developing and implementing IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient management of user identities and access privileges. The IAM Manager will collaborate with various departments to integrate IAM solutions with business processes, conduct regular audits, and respond to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of IAM principles, and experience in managing IAM systems and solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, including architects and engineers.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems and solutions.
• Ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access privileges.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate IAM solutions with business processes.
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents and breaches.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on IAM best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest IAM technologies and trends.
• Prepare and present reports on IAM metrics and incidents.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Required: 5+ years of experience in IAM or a related field.

Licenses & Credentials 

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• CompTIA Security+.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).

Systems & Technology

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• CompTIA Security+.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
