Job Summary
The Commercial Servicing Associate II is responsible for providing sufficient support for Commercial loans through onboarding and servicing responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Onboard commercial loans into the loan system for various types of lending verticals.
- Work closely with Loan Coordinators to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of daily loan closings.
- Process incoming payments while ensuring payment accuracy is met.
- Work with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
- Process advance requests, including submission to the wire department.
- Process conversion and rate change requests.
- Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.
- Handle more complex situations and assist others with less experience.
Qualifications
- Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ year related experience in a financial institution required.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
