The Bank Treasury Client Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Treasury Management (TM) Client Services team. This role involves planning, direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of projects, policies, and procedures. The manager will provide guidance and direction to the team and serve as an escalation point for complex issues and projects. The Treasury Client Services Manager will continually assess business needs and collaborate with the TM Operations Manager and Treasury Sales Director to determine solutions.



What We're Looking For

  • Define goals, projects, and expectations for the team that support the Treasury Management vision.
  • Train, mentor, develop, and manage the TM Portfolio Manager team and TM Specialists.
  • Gather and analyze information relevant to Treasury Management products and services to properly set goals and team assignments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for new and existing Treasury Management products and services.
  • Serve as a liaison between the relationship/treasury management sales team, client services team, compliance, and operations.
  • Facilitate and lead teams on the successful implementation and execution of projects.
  • Manage various projects as assigned, monitor progress, assign tasks, and adapt work as needed.


What You'll Bring

  • Understand and comply with all banking regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and the Customer Identification Program.
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank rules, regulations, and firm policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Experience leading a team of professionals.
  • Strong conceptualization skills to effectively execute change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Familiarity with risk and audit methodologies, process development, and change management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs for team development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions and improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum Required: 3+ years of related experience.


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
