Our 9-week program provides undergraduates with a hands-on introduction to fixed income sales, trading, and research. As a contributing team member, you will get real-world experience and be fully immersed in the day-to-day business activities of one of the world's largest financial institutions. You will work alongside our professionals, from Analyst through Managing Director, and gain exposure to various rates, credit and bespoke products.
Summer Analysts not only participate in robust training sessions their first week of the internship, but the program's structure provides continued support needed for a successful summer. The program includes networking events, a professional speaker series, end-of-summer reviews, and significant learning opportunities outside of your day-to-day projects. Analysts work on multiple projects simultaneously to enhance analytical and practical financial skills, as well as to provide the broadest exposure to our firm and the fixed income industry.
What We're Looking For
A Summer Analyst's specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, updating and building financial models to analyze company projections and performance, qualitative research on potential transactions, and setting up portfolio analyses for clients.
Your experience as a Summer Analyst may include:
- Analyzing and researching companies in a wide range of industries
- Conducting industry research and building models
- Preparing presentation materials such as slides and summaries for pitch books
- Performing in-depth quantitative financial analysis
- Learning technique and strategy from industry professionals
- Contributing to team meetings and discussions
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
- Eligible to start on June 1, 2026
