The Vermont Agency of Digital Services ANR IT Team is seeking an IT Systems Developer I. This position is responsible for creating detailed program and functional specifications and the subsequent development, testing, and deployment of web applications for both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred candidates will have base level experience with web site and database development.
- Ability to prepare system designs, workflow plans, user interface mock-ups, report format and input output documents adequate to meet business needs.
- Basic understanding of Object-oriented design.
- Knowledge of relational database design using T-SQL.

Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree in computer science or college-level coursework that includes 15 computer science credits
OR
Two (2) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration.
