Schedule: 1.0 (80 hours per pay period) Monday-Friday, exempt level role.

What You Can Expect:

This role supports the management program/workstream and system programs. The role requires knowledge, skill and passion with curriculum design and competency management. The emphasis in this Clinical Educator role will focus on the competency management – development and implementation of the competency management for all clinical employees across the health system. Project Management is large function of this educator role.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Experience: 6 years related experience -RN and Education
  • Project management experience (2+ years highly preferred)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
