Job Description

SS&C Technologies seek Transfer Specialists to support and lead the transfers service to SS&C's clients, to assist in establishing SS&C as an integrated business partner, taking responsibility of exceeding all client service targets. This is a client facing role and will involve travel to multiple client sites, therefore an ability to adapt to new environments and ‘hit the ground running' will be essential. As this a new offering to SS&C's clientele, this is an exciting time to join an be part of shaping the service.

Background

  • A good understanding of the technical aspects of transferring assets between providers.
  • Subject Matter Expert experience of transfer systems such as Equisoft/Altus or Origo.
  • Familiar with using CRM systems.
  • Accurate maintenance of transfer MI and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload across multiple workstreams.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless end to end customer experience.
  • Creating multiple contact points along the way and ensuring that client queries and requests are managed in line with quality and service standards. 

Role responsibilities

  • Daily review and assessment of transfer exception reports and MI.
  • Prompt identification and investigation of transfer related exceptions; assist stock reconciliation team and client services with any ongoing transfer investigations; prioritisation of tasks for completion and/or escalation.
  • Timely completion and submission of relevant reports and MI, as and when required.
  • Support of all operations processes.

Required competencies

  • Critical evaluation and problem solving.

  • Ability to learn quickly, with a positive and proactive attitude to change.
  • Good Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel
  • Financial Services Operations Management experience
  • ISA, JISA & LISA administrative knowledge and experience
