Job Description
Essential Functions
- Plan, develop, monitor, and deliver strategic and tactical elements on schedule and on budget.
- Travel to execute events onsite
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to define and refine processes in keeping with corporate, legal, risk, and financial requirements and expectations.
- Liaise with internal clients to discover requirements and expectations to help ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize, oversee and execute program efforts including conducting research, making recommendations, contract negotiations, promotional strategies, catering, sponsorship coordination, , transportation, event logistics, communications, follow-up, expense reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team's efforts to identify, produce, report, and nurture sales leads.
- Measure and report effectiveness in order to drive continuous process improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to both internal and external clients.
- Keep accurate records of all event contracts, budgets, and associated materials.
