The SS&C Blue Prism Operations team is a diverse group of professionals distributed across the globe. They manage the hosting of Blue Prism Chorus, Blue Prism Enterprise, NextGen, and Document Automation in both public and private cloud environments across multiple regions.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Operations Director to lead and enhance our hosting business. This key leadership role blends strategic vision with operational execution to drive efficiency, growth, and transformation. You will oversee daily operations, align regional and service teams, and lead initiatives to achieve business objectives.

What You Will Get to Do

• Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of on-premises and hybrid cloud data center environments in multiple countries.
• Ensure high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) strategies are robust and tested.
• Optimize capacity planning, hardware lifecycle management, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and reliability of enterprise software and internal systems.
• Establish and enforce SLA-driven performance monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Drive automation and observability across systems using modern SRE and DevOps principles.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC, NIST, GDPR, and other industry standards.
• Work with security teams to mitigate cyber threats, enforce zero-trust security models, and manage data protection policies.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including infrastructure engineers, system admins, and software reliability engineers.
• Collaborate with product, software, and business teams to align hosting strategy with company goals.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across IT infrastructure.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or cloud/hybrid environments.
• Strong expertise in servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and Kubernetes/containerized environments.
• Experience with automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and observability tools (Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise software operations, SRE best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud architectures.
