- You will oversee the technical build and development of automation solutions, leading both onshore and offshore teams of developers and senior architects. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient delivery of automation projects, from design and development through to testing, deployment, and production support, with a focus on technical quality, scalability, and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end technical development of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological best practices. Oversee the work of onshore and offshore developers, architects, and technical staff. involving design, implementation of solutions and infrastructure management.
- Manage the entire Build/Develop phase, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Implement best-in-class project management tools and ensure adherence to development methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a large team of automation developers and senior architects. Ensure continuous skill development and upskilling within the team, focusing on improving quality and consistency in automation delivery.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. When required, conduct demos of solutions during stake holder review sessions to validate effectiveness to ensure successful implementation.
- Build and maintain a robust development pipeline. Plan and manage resources effectively, leveraging both offshore and onshore teams to meet demand and maintain high performance.
- Ensure the use of standardized development processes, including consistent use of templates for Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and hypercare stages.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical development function. Optimize the use of tools, streamline processes, and ensure technical debt is minimized.
- Lead the integration of AI and advanced technologies (such as Blue Prism and Chorus) into automation projects, developing and executing a pipeline of AI use cases to maximize impact.
What you will bring
• Strong leadership in managing technical development teams across multiple geographies (onshore and offshore).
• Expertise in automation technologies, specifically with Blue Prism, RPA, and related tools (Chorus Workflow, Decipher OCR).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI and machine learning use cases in automation environments is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a management role within a technical field, overseeing build and development teams and delivering large-scale automation solutions.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. Other States Salary range for the position: 135000 USD to 175000 USD.Apply on company website
