What You Will Get To Do:

The Senior Manager, Risk, Quality and Complaints will undertake the following duties:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Operational Excellence team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management processes that align with the company's frameworks and ensure adherence to client contracts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure the stability and integrity of administration services.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of first-line risk and business teams including control assurance and incident management.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead the complaints management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Support internal and client projects with risk and control assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on risk, quality, and complaints metrics to senior management and clients.
  • Complete other tasks as required to support the Operational Excellence team

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of superannuation and systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
