Senior Associate – HR Operations (Payroll)
Afternoon Shift
Office Location - Mumbai, Malad

DO: (Job Description)

    Single handedly manage end to end payroll processes for 3000+ employees 
    Payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state laws
    Knowledge of payroll system (Workday preferred)
    Allowance Calculation (OT / Shift / On call)
    Employee Data Management
    Manage statutory compliance – (PT/ PF / ESIC)
    Exit Management
    Full & Final Settlements
    Leave and Attendance Management
    Group Medical Insurance
    Employee Queries
