Job Description
Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Skilled support representative working on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant judgement within defined procedures. Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions. Guides less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity. May recommend new procedures. Minimally requires a high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
