Title: Technical Payroll Analyst – Triage Team
Location: Hybrid: In local office 6 days per month

The Retirement Plan Technical Payroll Analyst is the primary contact and resource for plan sponsors, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), brokers, dealers, and other financial intermediaries regarding plan account administration. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, fulfilling requests from internal and external contacts, and researching and resolving plan issues as they arise. The payroll analyst promotes customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the plan sponsor and their specific plans, including administration, sensitivities, needs, and objectives.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, TPAs, brokers, dealers, and other financial intermediaries.
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks related to retirement plan account administration.
- Promptly and accurately fulfill requests from internal and external contacts.
- Research and resolve plan issues as they arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Promote customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the plan sponsor and their needs, including plan administration and client sensitivities.
- Operate as a payroll expert, researching and providing solutions to payroll-related issues.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or a Master's degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
- 3-5 years of payroll, defined contribution plan administration/ management experience, with a strong background in customer service/relationship management required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in payroll systems and related software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities
- Strong understanding of payroll process and Understanding of TRAC systems is a plus.
- Able to work onsite 6 days per month.
