Renewals Operations Specialist

What You Will Get To Do:

The goal is to provide administrative and operational support for the renewal's sales process, enabling the sales team to focus on customer retention, upselling, and closing deals. By streamlining the renewals workflow, handling routine tasks, and providing timely data, this support team will improve renewals efficiency, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction, ultimately driving recurring revenue for the organization.

Objectives / Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Management: Execute renewals in a 90-day cycle to retain active clients within the assigned territory. Manage the renewal process end-to-end using CRM tools effectively, ensuring timely closure.

Meet quarterly goals set by management:

  • Optimize Renewals Efficiency: Reduce the administrative load on the sales reps, enabling them to focus on customer relationship management and upsell opportunities.
  • Improve Retention and Renewals Rates: Use provided tools and processes to drive higher renewals conversion rates.
  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Maintain accurate records of customer renewals, contracts, conversations, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Renewal Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Track upcoming renewals and provide timely reminders to sales representatives.
  • Ensure that all renewal opportunities are quoted correctly, and quotes are provided to the customer via the Account Rep on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM, ensuring renewal dates, forecasting values, contact details, and previous interactions etc are accurate.
  • Ensure that renewal documents are accurate, compliant with company policies, and delivered to Account Managers promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports on renewals pipeline, renewal rates, and upcoming renewals.
  • Track renewals performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team to adjust strategies.

Internal Coordination:

  • Coordinate with CS, finance, and operations teams to ensure all data and ARR figures are correct
  • Ensure the timely processing of renewals, addressing any internal bottlenecks that may cause delays.

Renewal Upsell Support:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and co term during the renewal process.
  • Provide sales reps with data on previous purchases and potential additional services or products that could be offered.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proficiency or the ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, PowerBi and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent Communication skill both, written and verbal.
  • A basic understanding of contract terms, pricing models and general renewals processes and clauses

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD.
