About the Role
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Operations Manager you will be instrumental in executing SS&C Blue Prism's Marketing Operations strategy by establishing and tracking workflows that drive marketing performance, managing our technology stack, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams.
This crucial role involves managing a small, high performing team, executing complex, multichannel marketing campaigns, negotiating marketing technology contracts, and closely collaborating with stakeholders across internal departments including but not limited to Campaigns, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Marketing Analytics, Business Development, Sales, etc.
Your Responsibilities:
Business as Usual: Execute list imports from marketing activities, oversee the creation and sends of Marketo Emails, maintain marketing forms for compliance and optimization, pull data lists for cross-functional teams, create and integrate SFDC and Marketo campaigns.
Technology Management: Oversee, optimize, and integrate the marketing technology stack including Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Asana, Reachdesk, On24, Leadspace and other key tools to improve the quality of campaign execution and tracking.
Database Optimization: Lead efforts for strong data hygiene including the build of normalization campaigns, enriching campaigns (Leadspace), data segmentations, deliverability campaigns, and overall database clean up and templatization.
Documentation & Education: Design, document, and communicate marketing operations processes to the full marketing organization to help educate internal stakeholders.
Data: Manage data flow throughout various marketing technology platforms to ensure consistent and accurate data is being provided to the internal BDR, Sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Automation: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing automation strategies to optimize and improve lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and overall customer and prospect experience.
Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, IT, Business Development, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure marketing operations are fully compliant with industry regulations, data protection laws, and internal company policies.
Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report, cultivating a collaborative and high-perfomance culture and support for career development. Play a key role in providing guidance for strategic planning.
Your Experience:
Hands-on experience with Marketo Admin (5+ years), with certification being a plus
Track record of success in marketing operations, marketing automation, e-mail marketing programs, technology implementation, and data management
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and drive outcomes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in managing a marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
Strong leadership abilities, leadership experience is a plus
