What You Will Get To Do:

As an Administrator, you will undertake the following duties:

  • Process and review superannuation tasks as needed, including document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contributions, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes, and investment switches.
  • Liaising with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes.
  • Diligently ensure the accuracy of member records.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ensure the successful completion of requests to solve issues.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Participate in task rotations as required.
  • Ensure all administration functions are completed within service levels and ensure regulatory obligations and timelines are adhered to.
  • Appropriately manage operational and compliance risk by escalating errors, incidents, or issues with your manager.
  • Any other administrative duties as required by your manager.
