About the role:
SS&C Blue Prism is looking for a customer marketeer who is passionate about offering customers meaningful and engaging experiences that drive growth and success.
The Customer Marketing Program Specialist will own the planning and execution of engagement programs to achieve the defined business objectives.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, but requires close collaboration with the Customer Office and Field Marketing to drive adoption, engagement and customer retention.
What You Will Get To Do:
This is a global role where your focus will be to:
Scope, Design and execute customer lifecycle programs and campaigns
Manage monthly customer newsletter ensuring high-value content from across the business is collated and packaged to drive high-levels on engagement and interaction.
Manage SS&C Blue Prism's Peer Review platforms, including Gartner Peer Insights and G2 Crowd.
Assist in the production of the Customer Excellence Awards program, including customer and judge coordination, and internal and external program promotion. This is a 6-month program which brings in more than 200 nominations annually, contributing to the ongoing pipeline of customer stories and assets delivered to market to drive preference for Blue Prism.
Report on the effectiveness of the above activities in reducing churn and promoting upsell
What You Will Bring:
Experience in planning, executing and reporting on marketing-led events
Strong copywriter and editor (English as a first language)
Experience in project management
Experience working globally across large and diverse teams
Experience in B2B and/or tech and software
Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
Experience managing external vendors and contractors
