Description

Location: Shirley, MA - Statewide travel required covering MCI Framingham, MCI Norfolk, MCI Shirley
 

Pay rate: $70,000-$75,000 annually
 

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week or when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.

The Regional Director for is responsible:

• Clinically and operationally for the Correctional Recovery Academy program.
• For ensuring that the services are delivered in a manner that promotes customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• For ensuring the utilization of services are maximized.
• For working closely with all members of the team to ensure effective, efficient service delivery.
