Location: Saugus, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Pay rate: $33.65/hour

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Independent Licensure Required (LMHC or LICSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.
• Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible: 

• Clinically, financially, environmentally, and operationally for the site assigned. 
• For ensuring that the outpatient treatment services are delivered in a manner that promotes customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• For ensuring utilization of services and market potential are maximized. 
• For ensuring effective, efficient service delivery.
