Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience with DoD acquisition and coordination with international partners
- 20+ years experience in US Navy as a nuclear-trained officer or overseeing nuclear programs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, to communicate to decision makers
- Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Additional Qualifications Desired, but not required:
- Service onboard a US submarine, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience with Team Submarine and NAVSEA
- Experience/knowledge of Navy acquisition program office organizations and processes
- Experience within a flag front office
Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will provide support to the NAVSEA AUKUS program, serving as a strategy advisor to program leadership. Responsibilities will include strategic planning and coordination of program wide activities; supporting development of integrated plans; assessing program progress; and developing nuclear mindset training. This analyst would work closely with the AUKUS partners in Australia on behalf on the US program.
