Required Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 Years Experience with Project Control or Similary Role
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Similar (ECON, ACCOUNTING)
  • Experience Using Deltek - Costpoint Preferred
  • Advanced Knowledge Using MS Office Products - With Emphasis on Excel

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience Using Focus Point
  • 2+ Years using Costpoint
  • Strong Communication Skills


Responsibilities

This PCA role will perform the following duties:

  • Support Project Kick-Off - Initial Setup
  • Develop Spendplan Baseline & Maintain Financial Workbooks
  • Provide Variance Analysis Semi-Monthly
  • Support Team Scheduling Using 10k Software
  • Run and Send to PM Labor Hours Reports Semi-Monthly or Weekly
  • Develop - Update Customer Deliverables
  • Update EAC and Submit Quarterly Recommendations Regarding Program Analysis
  • Review/Validate Employee Locations and Charging Accuracy for all Active Programs
  • Assist with Timecard, Travel, ODC Adjustments / Reconciliations
  • Review/Validate Revenue in Costpoint Semi-Monthly
  • Perform Reviews of all Project Invoices Monthly
  • Provide Unbilled / Billed Analysis Monthly
  • Support PMRs Monthly
  • Provide LOF Notices Timely
  • Support ROM / Pricing Requests for Current Projects
  • Provide Monthly Waterfall / Forecasting Inputs 
  • Provide PreCon Analysis Prep, Assist with Routing
  • Assist with Maintaining Financial Tracking / Storage
  • Support Ad-Hoc Requests from Team
