Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 Years Experience with Project Control or Similary Role
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Similar (ECON, ACCOUNTING)
- Experience Using Deltek - Costpoint Preferred
- Advanced Knowledge Using MS Office Products - With Emphasis on Excel
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience Using Focus Point
- 2+ Years using Costpoint
- Strong Communication Skills
Responsibilities
This PCA role will perform the following duties:
- Support Project Kick-Off - Initial Setup
- Develop Spendplan Baseline & Maintain Financial Workbooks
- Provide Variance Analysis Semi-Monthly
- Support Team Scheduling Using 10k Software
- Run and Send to PM Labor Hours Reports Semi-Monthly or Weekly
- Develop - Update Customer Deliverables
- Update EAC and Submit Quarterly Recommendations Regarding Program Analysis
- Review/Validate Employee Locations and Charging Accuracy for all Active Programs
- Assist with Timecard, Travel, ODC Adjustments / Reconciliations
- Review/Validate Revenue in Costpoint Semi-Monthly
- Perform Reviews of all Project Invoices Monthly
- Provide Unbilled / Billed Analysis Monthly
- Support PMRs Monthly
- Provide LOF Notices Timely
- Support ROM / Pricing Requests for Current Projects
- Provide Monthly Waterfall / Forecasting Inputs
- Provide PreCon Analysis Prep, Assist with Routing
- Assist with Maintaining Financial Tracking / Storage
- Support Ad-Hoc Requests from Team
