Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 15 years of work experience.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience generating metrics, data visualization, and conducting analysis.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition systems and policies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, search-functionality, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.

 

Desired: 

  • Undergraduate STEM degree or in operations research, statistical analysis, or related discipline.
  • Ability to work both independently and with personnel from multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work from high-level, limited, and evolving guidance in order to produce timely and effective results.
  • Project Management Professional or DAWIA Level II equivalent.


Responsibilities

SPA has an immediate need for a Case Manager/Program Analyst to perform daily collaboration with the Military Department DAMOs and the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The OSD DAMO Case Manager position will be located at the DC3 in Linthicum, MD, but may be required to attend meetings in the National Capital Region (e.g., Mark Center, Pentagon, and occasionally Chantilly, VA). The candidate will serve as OUSD (R&E) liaison officer to DC3. Will perform case management and tracking of all cyber incidents reported to DAMO, assigning each cyber incident to a lead DAMO, and case tracking and management of cyber incident damage assessment activities from beginning to end. Responsible for coordinating with government contracting officers on cyber incident damage assessments, pursuit of compromised media for DAMO analysis, and coordination with the DAMO System Administrator. Conduct metric generation concerning cyber incident damage assessments and quantitative analysis. The candidate must be responsive to quick-turn requests for information from OUSD (R&E) leadership, assist with cyber policy activities, and prepare damage assessment briefings and process documentation. Flexibility exists for some telework (1-2 days per week) with managerial approval.
