Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- Active DOD SECRET security clearance is a requirement
- 5+ years of T&E experience
- 3+ years of experience in military RF systems (e.g. Radar and Electronic Warfare)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the US Navy combat systems, RF Systems, Radar and EW systems, and Navy Program Office support
- Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes
- Graduate Degree in STEM discipline
- Demonstrated experience in Radar design/engineering
Responsibilities
SPA is seeking a dedicated mid or senior-level analyst with Test & Evaluation (T&E) and military RF experience to provide Engineering Support Services (ESS) to the US Navy. You will provide technical and programmatic services and must have ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all levels of government and industry, Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs) and Assistant Program Managers (APMs).
You will be expected to lead the development of the highest priority T&E documents and apply T&E expertise during the planning, execution, and closure of System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) and associated SETR walkup events in accordance with the NAVSEA/PEO IWS Technical Review Manual, Technical Interchange Meetings, and Working Group meetings. You will lead T&E planning, execution, analysis, and reporting including contractor testing, engineering testing, developmental testing, and operational testing.You will lead the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of T&E, program management, acquisition management, and strategies. You will be expected to provide T&E presentation materials, develop T&E correspondence support, action item tracking/closure, and weekly reporting of T&E topics and provide T&E review and inputs to the Model Based Systems Engineering implementation, reviews, and comment on model based and DOORS deliveries.
A hybrid work environment is acceptable; however, you must have the ability to work from PEO IWS 2.0 Program Office and various DC area organizations 2-3 times per week and travel up to 10% of the time (1-2 times per month).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: 110,000-150,000.
