Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Military Services international maintenance, repair, overhaul, and depot operations of weapons systems; a Master's degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
- Experience staffing and supporting senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a background in achieving consensus among multiple diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The candidate will support RSF implementation activities, specifically related to Maintenance, Repair and Overhauls (MRO), with a focus on the development of Regional Sustainment Strategies (RSS) in conjunction with the Military Services. This will include participating in the development, assessment, and execution of pilot activities, evaluation of existing location-specific efforts, and conducting Gap Analyses to inform operationalization of the RSF. The successful candidate will also review and assess proposed Military Service pilot programs; support MRO implementation through stakeholder engagement; capture and document Military Service MRO implementation lessons learned and best practices; and support the deployment of training and development programs to address workforce challenges with allied and partner nations. Additional responsibilities will include support for the FY2024 NDAA Section 842 demonstration and prototyping program to advance international product support capabilities in a contested logistics environment, and participating in and representing DASD (PS) in stakeholder engagements.
