Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Arts, or Engineering degree
- 6-8 years of professional experience conducting research and analysis in support of the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Demonstrated proficiency managing analytic tasks, leading study/planning teams, and briefing senior officers and executives
- Experience with enabling technologies (robotics, autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, etc.)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain during employment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree related to Operations Research or National Security Studies
- 10+ years of professional experience assessing enabling technologies for military use cases
- Understanding of military operations (ground combat, fires, command and control, etc.)
- Knowledgeable of the Australian Defence Force, Indo-Pacific theater, and emerging operational concepts/capabilities
Responsibilities
You will lead analytic projects in support of the Joint and Land Operations program advising the Australian Army. These projects include mission-informed research to assess enabling technology for military capability. You will be responsible for offering meaningful advice to help inform operational concepts and investment decisions for the Australian Army's future force.
