Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary leader with a deep understanding of content creation, distribution, and measurement, who can effectively communicate our mission and drive engagement with our target audiences. As the Director of Content Strategy, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our company's content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats. This is a strategic role that requires balancing of hands-on content creation with high-level strategy, project management, and team leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Content Strategy: Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's mission and supports the company's business goals, enhances brand awareness, and engages key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of content creators and other creative personnel to produce high quality content.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the content calendar and the production of high-quality content across various formats (articles, blogs, white papers, videos, social media posts, podcasts, etc.) and ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Marketing team, Growth team, and Divisions to ensure content initiatives are integrated with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Content Performance and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices and content analytics tools to guide strategy, improve content performance, and increase visibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, industry influencers, and partners, to enhance content relevance and reach.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all content aligns with and reinforces the company's brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for content creation and distribution.
  • Content Trends: Stay up-do-date with content trends, client preferences, and advancements in technology that may affect content delivery and consumption.
