Certification Details
• Certifications required for various units such as Endoscopy, ER, ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, Med/Surg, TCU, PACU, PICU, Pediatric PCU, Pediatric Stepdown, L&D, OB/GYN, Clinical Decisions, Tele, Oncology, Apheresis, Cath Lab, Stepdown Neuro, Stepdown, Dialysis, and others.
• Certifications not required for CVOR, OR, Pediatric OR, Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health.

Job Details
• Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN.
• Night shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am
• Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• PBDS Assessment – waived.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.

Job Requirements
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA BLS & ACLS required.

Schedule Information
• Night shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Unit Specific Information
• Target unit is Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Orientation to unit particulars will be given during the initial phase of the contract.

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
• Travelers must meet the facility's dress code.
• Travelers must comply with all facility policies and procedures.
