- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specified units.
- Competency Exams required within 12 months of start and updates annually.

- Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN.
- Day shift: 3x12's 7am-7:30pm
- Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required.
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- PBDS Assessment – waived.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
- Schedule Information
- Day shift: 3x12's 7am-7:30pm
- Additional Details
- Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
- *New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
