- Night shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am
- Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- PBDS Assessment – waived.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
- Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required.
- Schedule Information
- Night shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- Additional Details
- Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
- AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
- New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
