The Fulfillment – Kitting Lead will help bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, enabling them to stand out over the competition, and create a customer experience that is second to none. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!
The Kitting Lead coordinates activities for assembling kit orders for shipment, along with a mix of inventory participation, ensuring to meet customer requirements of quality and delivery schedule.
Shift Available: 5:30am-3:30pm, Monday thru Thursday, OT as needed

Key Responsibilities for Fulfillment – Kitting Lead include:
- Preparing orders by processing orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area
- Organizing stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Assisting in inventory counts by counting and making appropriate adjustments
- Providing quality service by following organization standards
- Conducting visual quality inspections and performing quality testing
- Effectively working with a diverse group of people and personalities using communication and collaboration skills
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Basic computer skills
- Required: Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Required: Good motor skills, dexterity, mechanical and analytical skills
- Required: Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Required: Ability to obtain a forklift license; current forklift license preferred
- Preferred: Experience working lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems
- A Plus: Experience with heat sealers, tape machines, or label machines
