We are seeking a talented, motivated, and service-minded individual to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Order Processing Specialist (OPS) servicing our Green Bay location. Every day Smyth brings our customers' labels and packaging to life, creating a customer experience that is second to none, and enabling them to stand out over the competition. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications brought to Smyth.

Key responsibilities for Customer Service OPS include: 

  • Support account coordinators, customers, and other functional areas of internal and external customer need
  • Provide detailed reports for account coordinators to be utilized by our internal and external customers
  • Gather, file, and organize data related to customer and internal needs
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation for the Customer Service Department
  • Work closely with teams to create an environment that supports the delivery of quality customer service to both internal and external customers

The ideal candidate for Customer Service OPS must demonstrate:         

  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize on multiple long- and short-term projects, meeting all related deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Independent judgment, proactive thinking, and strong analytical capabilities 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group/variety of people and personalities

Education, Experience and Credentials  

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Previously demonstrated customer-focused background
  • Preferred: College Degree
  • A Plus: Experience in the print industry
