• HCA Healthcare (Parent) is offering a position at TriStar Skyline Medical Center.
• The role is for a Progressive Care Unit nurse.
• The position requires a commitment to provide excellent patient care.

Job Requirements
• Must have PCU/ICU Experience.
• Advanced skills needed: ACLS, ability to take care of tracheostomy/vents, as well as a high acuity patient population.
• Procedures performed on the unit include Chest Tube Insertion, Thoracentesis, Lumbar Puncture.

Schedule Information
• Scheduling requirements: Three shifts per week with 4 weekend shifts per month. (Saturday/Sunday are considered weekend for Day Shift; Friday/Saturday/Sunday are considered weekends for Night Shift)
• Floating policy: When floating is required, Travelers will float first, PRN staff second, and Full Time Core Staff last.

Unit Specific Information
• Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs.
• Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines.
• Awards/Recognition: Recent BEE Award Winner, 800 Days free of CAUTI, No CLABSIs since before 2015, Honorable Mention in Critical Care Excellence.
• Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment includes flexible self-scheduling, several tenured nursing staff, great Trauma/Hospitalist team, soon to receive Level 1 Trauma accreditation.
