- Job description: Seeking a motivated individual to join the team at Skyline Medical Center as part of the neuro med/surg unit on the 3rd floor.
- Type of equipment: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD's, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care.
- Job Requirements
- Requested Skill Set: Med/Surg Experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV's, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes.
- Must have: Active RN license, BLS certification
- Advanced skills needed: N/A
- Procedures performed on unit: N/A
- Schedule Information
- Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hours shifts/week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4 week schedule

- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Unit staffing description- Tech support on day shift and night shift. Unit secretary 7a-7p.
