KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: HR Director, General Manager, Executive and Management teams, employees

External: Resort guests/visitors, Members and Vendors.


HOUSING COORDINATOR SUMMARY:

Our Housing Coordinator is responsible for providing Shore Lodge, Whitetail customer service while providing oversight of employee housing facilities both on and off-site. Responsibilities include processing new tenants as well as vacating tenants, maintaining occupancy reports, tenant lists and conducting housing inspections and coordinating necessary contractors for repairs.


WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all employee housing opportunities and questions
  • Provide accurate information on our housing options to interested tenants, maintaining an accurate tenant list
  • Respond to needs for additional off-site housing needs and requests
  • Conduct move-in/out walkthroughs. Conduct inventory to ensure company property is in place and functioning
  • Meet with tenants to review and sign housing agreements and collect deposits and “back rent”
  • Coordinate housing deductions with payroll department
  • Address housing agreement violations with tenants, issuing warning and eviction notices if necessary
  • Provide regular occupancy reports to HR Director
  • Coordinate necessary contractor work to maintain the Shore Lodge, Whitetail, The Cove standards




Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 1-2 years prior property management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and great attention to detail
  • Problem solver with strong customer service mentality
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in records and report preparation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet established deadlines efficiently
  • Valid Idaho driver's license and clean driving record
  • Background in guest service/hospitality a plus
