We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com, its tools, and its capabilities, alongside the ability to manage and support a growing Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with various departments to enhance business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce.com to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.

  • User Support: Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with Salesforce-related queries. Train and support end-users on best practices and new features.

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data management by performing data imports, exports, updates, and cleansing. Implement data validation rules and maintain data integrity across the system.

  • Reports & Dashboards: Design and create custom reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with key business insights and metrics. Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

  • Automation: Develop and maintain process automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and workflow rules to optimize business processes.

  • Security & Access Management: Manage user profiles, permissions, and roles to ensure appropriate access levels and data security within the Salesforce environment.

  • System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain Salesforce configuration to ensure the system is optimized and keep up with Salesforce updates and new features.

  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.

  • Change Management: Coordinate system enhancements, updates, and releases with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices for internal reference.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, including but not limited to: Lightning Experience, Flow, Apex (basic knowledge), and Visualforce.

  • Experience with data management tools and techniques (Import & Export).

  • Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with third-party apps and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices for configuration and development.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and external data sources.
