THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under close supervision of attorneys, as a People Analytics Coordinator, you will provide support to a nationwide labor and employment people analytics practice based out of the Firm's Chicago office. You will be responsible for assisting with client deliverables, supporting reporting needs and monitoring overall activities and work of the People Analytics practice group members.

 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

On any given day, you will be working with firm partners and business colleagues on a variety of requests and projects. You will:

  • Provide support in various aspects of case management affirmative action audits, including but not limited to: preparation of documents for production; and maintenance and organization of data and audit or project related information.
  • Compilation and organization of documents for annual plan preparation including exhibits and components of affirmative action programs.
  • Perform research and analysis of discrete topics to support firm publication efforts for PR and marketing purposes.
  • Maintain best records management practices across wide array of matters including tracking and organizing files electronically.
  • Perform data compilation, data cleanup, and QA on data transfer/data integrity.
  • Support specific clients to track, monitor and report on key developments.
  • Work closely with dedicated Project Manager, attorneys, and other Firm teams to integrate and deploy tools during all phases of plan development.
  • Reinforce internal processes and analytics best practices
  • Work with the firm's People Analytics group of attorneys, labor economists, and data analysts on Pay Equity projects and OFCCP compliance
 

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-4 years of people analytics experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical ability, critical thinking, independent problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to concisely summarize research findings
  • Strong research skills required; academic research experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail a must.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Knowledge of LexisNexis, PACER, Westlaw
  • Preferred experience with the Stack method for managing email correspondence
  • Preferred experience with project management of individual leaders and project teams
